Legal obligations

A deposit of 30% of the amount will be required if you want to make a reservation.

If the buyer no longer wants the animal after its payment, there will be no refund.

He undertakes to provide him with the necessary care and love. If the latter encounters abuse or neglect, the breeder will have all rights to recover it.

The buyer is required during the first year to immediately inform the seller when he intends, for whatever reason, to no longer keep the animal or to hand it over to a third party. He must then communicate to the seller the name of the new holder envisaged.

He is delivered up to date with his vaccinations at 12 weeks.

 

Following several abuses on the part of certain breeders, we are now selling sterilized.

If a breeder really wants to buy us a kitten in reproductive quality, he will have to tell us about his project and his deep breeding. The price will of course not be the same.

Estate retention clause

 

The transfer of ownership takes place only after full payment of the price; the purchaser, however, assumes the burden of risk, as a custodian, from the day of delivery.

 

If the price is not paid in full, or if the sale takes place with installment payment not honored 15 days after a reminder without effect, the buyer now authorizes the seller to take over the animal object of this contract. This recovery takes place without any legal formality, the seller reserving the right to sell the animal to someone else.

All sums already paid remain with the seller as compensation.
